Associate Membership
WANT TO BECOME AN ASSOCIATE MEMBER?
ASSOCIATE MEMBERS ARE SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS AND OTHER BUSINESSES, THAT PROVIDE SERVICES TO HVAC CONTRACTORS, THAT HELP THEM IN RUNNING SUCCESSFUL COMPANIES.
Your involvement helps us to provide our contractors with resources and contact information so that they can create a purchasing relationship with your company. We list your company in our online directory, where you can add pictures, ads, logos and more.
We also list all of your information in our Welcome Packet that is sent out to each new Contractor Member. Associate Members can also attend our events, sponsor meetings or events, and attend our monthly meetings if they choose to. Membership also includes a listing in our Annual Contractor’s Directory hardback format.
Associate Membership is $600 dollars a year. We can also break it up into payments if needed. You can sign-up ONLINE HERE and then select Associate Dues!

SEER PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM
Our SEER Partnership Program is an enhanced marketing program that allows manufacturers, suppliers/vendors, and other businesses to be able to promote themselves directly to the Contractor Members during training, meetings and special events.
The SEER Partnership Program is presented yearly to industry members. You get to choose at what level your company will participate. We know budgets are important and therefore, we offer yearly, quarterly or monthly payment options. Since we (TACCA of Greater Houston) are a 501(c)6 Trade Association, your contribution will also assist us in providing resources, networking, training, meetings, and events to our members and to non-members contractors throughout Houston. TACCA GH sustains itself though membership dues and contributions from our partners. Your support and dedication are the main ingredients in making this program successful!
How does it work? We have 4 SEER Levels (Contribution Amounts), that you choose from. Each one represents different levels of marketing and participation in the events, meetings, and training. Choose the level your company would like, and we do the rest!
What does my company get?
- You get the opportunity to customize your contribution and select the items you want to participate in with pre-paid attendees at a discounted rate.
- SEER Participation listed in Houston Chapter HVACR published Directory and in our New Member Welcome Packet.
- With each event, you receive so many attendees, where you can send your sales team, managers, or customers, that can participate in the event at no additional fee.
- Visual & Verbal Recognition prior to and at all events, meetings, training, and publications with your company logo. Examples: signs, banners, screen slide shows, posters, contractor marketing emails, social media and online registration forms.
- Facebook Landing page recognition of partnership.
- You will have the option to speak at one member meeting a year to run over your product or services. You can also choose to sponsor a meeting or training class.
- Referrals to your business by TACCA GH board of directors, staff, online contractor locator tool and other members.
- SEER Partners can attend monthly member meetings free based on your participation level. These meetings have an education component as well as lunch or dinner. Great opportunity to mingle with contractors!
- SEER Recognition yearly in AC Today Paper article.
- Through our partner National Purchasing Partners, you will have access to great discounts on large businesses such as Verizon, Office Depot, American Express, Cintas, PHMP prescription drug discount program, ADP and more.
- We also partner with Women in HVACR where we receive additional marketing opportunities.
